College Students

  • Caroline Mumbi
    An only child of a single Mom. Parent is a casual worker and has difficulties raising enough funds to pay for school fees. Caroline has been supported by the foundation since her freshman year of high school. She is now in her final year of college.
  • Sarah Mathei
    She is a middle child in a family of three. Both parents are living but unemployed and unable to secure meaningful employment. Sarah has been with the foundation since her freshman year of high school. She will be receiving an associate degree next year May.
  • Brian Esami
    Total orphan living with his old and very poor grandmother. Brian has been with the foundation since his freshman of college. He is now a junior in college
  • Victoria Mathei
    She is the oldest child in a family of three. Both parents are living but unemployed and unable to secure meaningful employment. Victoria has been with the foundation since her freshman year of high school. She is now a junior in college.
  • Daniel Mwose
    He is the third born in a family of eight. The father is a hawker and the mother is a stay home mom. The family is very poor and unable to pay his tuition. He has been with the foundation since his freshman year of high school. He is currently a sophomore studying tourism and wildlife.
  • Hezron Maswili
    Comes from a family of five. The mother is fatally ill and abandoned the children. Hezron and his siblings are being cared for by a good neighbor. He joined the foundation in his freshman year of high school. He is now a freshman in college.
  • Patience Mulatya
    Both parents are living but unable to support their family. She joined the foundation in her freshman year of high school. She is now a sophomore year of college
 

High School Students

  • Anthony Mwose
    He comes from a family of eight. The father is a hawker and the mother is a stay home mom. The family is very poor and unable to pay his tuition. He is new to the foundation we have supported him for one year.
  • Eunice Ketu
    She comes from a family of three. Lives with her mom who is a stay home mom. She has been with the foundation for one year.
  • Winfred KetuShe comes from a family of three. Lives with her mom who is a stay home mom. She has been with the foundation for one year.
  • Joshua Kasyoka
    He is cared for by his poor old grandmother. He completed high school two years ago and failed national examination that would allowed him join college. The foundation was requested by the principal of the high school he attended to help. He went back to school two grades down and he is doing very well. He is sitting for the national exams in November this year.
  • Josphine Mueni
    Comes from a family of two. Lives with both parents who are financially needy. She joined the foundation this year.
  • Judith Mwaniki
    She lives with her mother who does casual work when available. Due to lack of constant source of income the mother is unable to pay her school fees. She joined the foundation in 2017. Judith is a sophomore in high school.
  • Rose Philip
    Total orphan living with stay home grandmother. She joined the foundation in 2018 and is a sophomore in high school.
  • Stanley Thomas
    Lives with both parents who are financially very needy. Both parents are casual workers with no constant source of income. He joined the foundation in 2018 and is a sophomore in high school.

    Lives with his mother but both parents are living. The father is unwell and unable to secure meaningful employment. He joined the foundation in 2017 and he is a sophomore in high school.
  • Tina Mutua
    Lives with a single parent. She is unable to raise enough to cater for basic needs and has other siblings. She joined the foundation this year and is a freshman in high school.
  • Felix Muningu
    Lives with both parents who are peasant farmers and needy. Income from the subsistence farming is not enough for basic needs and school fees. He has 2 brothers in college. The foundation accepted him in 2017 while he was a freshman.
  • Esther Kyuma
    Lives with both parents who are peasant farmers and needy. Income from the subsistence farming is not enough for basic needs and school fees. she has three sibling. Esther joined the foundation in 2018 as a freshman in high school.

    Caroline is an orphan living with her handicapped grandmother. They both depend on community and well-wishers for basic needs. It has been difficult for her to get school fees and basic needs. She joined the foundation in 2017 as a freshman in high school.

    He lives with a single mother. The family is needy and not able to pay his school fees. Safari joined the foundation in 2017. He is a junior in high school

    She lives with a single mother. The family is needy and not able to pay her school fees. Regina joined the foundation in 2017. She is a senior in high school

    He is cared for by his very poor and old grandfather. Alfred joined the foundation in 2018 and he is a freshman in high school.

    She lives with her mom, she comes from a broken family. The foundation supported her from high school to university. She graduated last month and is currently working at Charles Musyoka Matuku Foundation in Kenya.

  • Angela Mwikali
    Comes from a family of 12. she joined the foundation as a freshman in high school. She is a graduate of Kenyatta University with a bachelor of education degree. She is currently teaching at a local high school.
